The antenna issue is still the most glaring negative with the phone, and this will persist with the white iPhone 4. When gripped in the lower left corner the phone can lose service and drop calls. The simple fix is to use a bumper or cover. Apple has done an amazing job of squelching the chatter on this defect, and users either installed a bumper or case, or simply learned to avoid contact with the noticeable little gap in the stainless steel ring around the phone.
The other issue is not with the phone but the fact that it will only be available on the AT&T network. All of the talk of the iPhone being available on Verizon or other networks has never come to fruition and that doesn't seem to be changing any time soon.
